Founder and President of usaconsultores, is a seasoned management advisor with a diverse professional background, a wealth of experience in multi-ethnic environments and an outstanding knowledge of the US, Colombia and key Latin American markets.

He received a Master in Business Administration with a major in Global Management from the University of Phoenix, his undergraduate degree in Business (BA in Organizational Leadership) at St. Thomas University in Miami, and a Technological degree in Business, Marketing & Finances at UniCuces in Cali, Colombia.

In his continued education, throughout The Center for Legal Studies, the Paralegal and Advanced Paralegal Courses Completion Certificates were awarded by the Florida Gulf Coast University in Fort Myers, Florida.

Henry, who is bi-lingual speaking fluent Spanish and English, in coordination with Camacol, the Doral Chamber of Commerce, the Hialeah Chamber of Commerce and Industries and other renowned entities, has offered multiple educational lectures.
